The recipe I used for these Jam Thumbs came from Deb Anzingers "Cook" cookbook, and this time Jet was down for a nap while I was baking... I managed to get these cookies together in little time, and they are delicious as ever. Jam Thumbs seem like an obvious Christmas cookie choice.... I am pretty sure there is always a jelly type cookie on the cookie plates that are served this time of year... these will fit into the mix perfectly!
I think I might almost be finished my baking.... I acquired a load of tasty treats last Sunday, now the challenge is getting them out of my house before I eat them all!!!!
