This weekend we are mourning the life of a very special, little lady; she was a wife, a sister, mother, grandmother and great gandmother. To Ryan and his siblings, Cindy DeBruin was Grandma, and in these last couple years she has defined the odds that were given to her when she was diagnosed with a terminal lung condition 3 years ago.

In the early hours of Saturday morning, family members met at the hospital to say their last goodbyes; I was not present when she passed, but from what I have been told, she was surrounded with the love of her family and more importantly for her the word of God. We all know she is resting now, at peace, with the Lord, and rejoicing with her husband and those loved ones she had lost along the way.

With heavy hearts, we say goodbye... until we meet again...
